Garlic Parmesan Chicken
HOW TO MAKE GARLIC CHICKEN
Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 teaspoon of the oil and swirl to coat the skillet. Place cutlets in pan. Sprinkle each cutlet with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Cook cutlets for 4 minutes or until they brown slightly.
