Introduction
This recipe is a little bit weird, but it’s so good! The secret is in the pretzel crunch.
You’ll need:
3-4 ounces of beef tenderloin
1/4 cup olive oil, divided
2 tablespoons minced garlic (about 4 cloves)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

If you don't have any on hand, feel free to substitute 1/2 cup of water for every cup of stock in this recipe!
